for damages caused by products purchased that are NOT INCLUDED ON YOUR CURRENT

21 – COURSES
Online Courses: you
can enrol in online courses with us, including courses designed for Health Care
Practitioners and non-Practitioners (general public)
You are
responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential; sharing your
password with anyone is strictly forbidden.
If you share
your login, your access to the Site and any Course will be immediately
suspended. If you suspect a breach, you must notify us immediately so we can
issue new credentials.
Course content
is for your personal use only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or
allow others to participate in the Course alongside you. Breach of this clause
is a serious violation resulting in acknowledged loss of revenue for us, and
standard liability limits will not apply.

DISPENSARY
Access to our
online Dispensary is restricted to our existing patients
If you do not
have a current and valid prescription from us, you will not be able to make a
Request via the Dispensary.
You are
responsible for ensuring that the letterbox at the nominated delivery address
is a secure location for delivery.
We will validate
your Request, including by confirming that you are a current patient, that your
prescription has been issued by our Practitioners and is valid (current)
You cannot
change or cancel an Order because a change of mind. However, you may cancel
your order by notice to us at dispensaryt@vitawell.com.au .
If you have not
received your Order within 30 days from the date of the Order confirmation, you
have a right to cancel under applicable law (including Australian Consumer
Law).
If you have
entered an incorrect delivery address when placing your Order with us and this
has resulted in the package being returned to us, delayed or lost, we are not
liable and we may charge you for the additional costs we incur in attempting to
redeliver your Order to any updated address you notify to us.
If an order is
returned to us or lost and it is not your fault (e.g. if we do not address the
package to the address you specified in the Request or the package was lost by
the shipping provider), we will resend those Goods and Services at no
additional cost to you.

issues with any product, including if you believe any item you received is

If for some
reason you have no need of the purchase products due to sudden and unexpected
events, we will not refund you; however, we will encourage you to contact us
